I’ve used the widgets from WidgetChimp and ultimately the template builder. The template builder from Matt WidgetChimp is the biggest innovation I’ve come across in the last year, it has transformed the way I work and saved so much time when it comes to listing design, template control and management.
I was hesitant to write a review as I don’t want my competitors to know my secrets, but after seeing all the hard work and constant updates Matt has put into this tool, it would be unfair not to give him and the template builder the credit they deserve. Thankfully WidgetChimp came to the rescue and I now have a template that grows with my business, I can edit it from my phone in a taxi on the way to a restaurant, and all my eBay listings are updated in real time. I often found that the portfolios of these companies were out of date – their clients had moved on! When I put these concerns to the companies their replies were blunt or none existent, they could not answer my questions. I regularly received offers from design companies, often wanting in excess of £700 for what I would consider very poor listing templates, that were uneditable, and would cost me more to update each time I wanted to change even a minor detail. WidgetChimp has taken my eBay templates from 1st generation, to 3rd generation. Well worth the money and time to utilise it to its full capability. I have been using it for a few months now. The best useful tool I have come across in 10 years.
